There's so much to cover why this place is unique and a welcome addition to the Golfito eating scene.
Adam told me that he built the place to offer food that was unavailable in town.
To do so he outfitted the kitchen with quality professional equipment, some from the US, which he expertly assembled in the welcoming open air cafe.
Then there's the menu! A mouth watering array of brunch dishes, prepared from scratch with the best ingredients, and expertly prepared and presented.
Hash brown waffles! Smoked salmon on a bagel with cream cheese, onion, tomato, capers AND avocado!
The overall menu does an excellent job of offering brunch dishes with a local spin. They even serve Gallo Pinto.
I've had the French Toast, Pancakes, and Bagel with Lox and avocado. Each was stellar and not mere imitations.
